# Internal server error

Most often it is a global error when our server is down. Please use this instruction to change the server.

1. Create a loader shortcut
2. Open the properties of the shortcut and enter the command “--diagnostic”

3. Open the shortcut with the saved modified startup parameter

4. Select the server and try again
